Christmas comes but once a year...

and it's a good thing.

Today saw me-
*knitting on a scarf,
*making beef jerky out of 15 lbs of London Broil,
*making candied orange peel out of 15? large oranges.
*working on embroidery,
*going to Sams Club for christmas gifts and 15 lbs of London Broil,
*going to Walmart to buy little containers for gifting lemon curd,

At this point the CTS in my hands is kicking my butt.
Tonight will be a 800mg of Vitamin I night or I'll not be able to sleep.

Giving up grapefruit was very hard for me. I love grapefruit. Especially the Indian Red ones. However, like you, it's either BP meds or grapefruit. I choose to have a happy heart!
