It's Here!! It's Finally Here!

Today is the day I live most of the year for.

Yes folks, it's the day we leave for the beach! And not just ANY beach. It's the beach in the town of Southern Shores on the Outer Banks Of NC. The very place I will be moving too when we retire.

Ah, heat, sand, beach smell, shells, food that will more than likely kill us but we'll die happy for,
the ceremonial pan of choco-rice crispies treats, the vegetable stand stop for larger than life tomaotes,
fireworks on the beach, dairy queen, sun burn, shrimp and corn night, bingo at the lions club, silly board and card games, flip flops, naps, kites, sudden Thunderstorms,

Ah that's the life!

Eh, use your best judgement. If you were going to the Joisey Shore or 'down the ocean, hon' I would know what to ask for, so just make it something indulgent that my WW leader would disapprove of! *grin*
