Yes, I have started my Pennsic Prep.
I am currently going over garb and making needed adjustments and repairs. I'm not so concerned with making new garb as I am getting what I have in good order. I also need to inventory it so I know what I'll have as I pack it in the big bin. Cause' once it's fixed and in the bin it's staying there until I arrive at Pennsic.
The one thing I will be making is a new, heavier duty, wooden clothes rack. I took a metal one last year and found I liked *seeing* my available clothing. No more rooting through the bin. But the metal one was kind of rickety for all the weight of my garb.

elfsea_escapee has a really nifty one. I'm going to make mine like an inverted A frame that comes apart. I think I can do that with a little help from Eric. I'm going to buy the wood this weekend and should be able to get it together in a couple of hours.
But no grand garb projects for me this year. I'm trying to be less stressful about packing. Breath in...breath out...breath in...breath out...
Besides I need to get old repairs done so I can start my new Byzantine outfit for TNT in October. I want to have pearls, lots of pearls, on that one! Then it will be on to 12th night and my Pumpkin dress!
