I have the plague.......

Okay right now I feel less than stellar.

I'm achy and tired and sniffly with a little bit of a fever. My clothing choices have included staying in my PJ's. I did not go to work today since any disease is bad disease when you work with the fragile elderly that we have in the health care center and assisted living. This does not mean I can stay in bed and sleep which is what I really want to do. I'm on a roll on my Persian coat and I can't let a disease slow me down.

So I am drinking lots of hot tea, keeping up on my cold medicine and hopefully this is just a short term blip to my week.

Hot tea, schedule a mid-day nap, hot stew for supper, and as early to bed as you can make yourself go. And ColdEaze - I swear by ColdEaze.

Well I was due for an illness I haven't been sick in over 10 months. I did the hot stew, yum! My kidneys are working just fine thanks to the tea and bedtime will come early for ME tonight.
