WARNING: Bio-Hazard! WARNING!

OK maybe not quite that bad.

I am home from work today as a cold kicks my butt. Where I work they DO NOT like it when you bring disease to work with you. Something about our being a senior citizen health care facility....

So to avoid being sent right back home I saved the $12.00 in round trip gas and just stayed home to start with. I have been in bed most of the day but have been well enough to change into fresh jammies.

I have also gone through:
3 mugs of coffee
1 mug of tea
1 ltr of water
1 quart of egg drop soup
1 can of chickpeas with blues cheese salad dressing on them,
(I love chickpeas)
1 can of low sodium V8 juice,
(bummer I had everything else for Bloody Mary's but no vodka on hand...)
Ibuprofen and extra-strength tylenol

I don't take cold remedies because a lot of decongestants give me the heebee-geebees. I'd rather just suffer with the cold symptoms.

Yep, if you see me please wash your hands afterwards.....

Boy do I need it. It's day 3 of being in bed. I'm now down to the running nose part and copius boxes of Puff with Lotion.
