I can do it!
Oct. 21st, 2008 01:00 pmThis morning when I weighed myself I came in at 220.5 lbs!
In just 13 lbs I've gone-
1) from a size 8 to a size 7 underware
2) from a 44C to a 42C bra
3) my old sweaters fit better
4) from a size 18W jeans at Walmart to a size 16W
(Ok I think the "W" sizes are bogus but I'll take the smaller number)
5) I'm not getting heartburn anymore
My first goal is 215 as this was what I weighed on the morning of my breast reduction March 3, 1999. By the afternoon I only weighed 211lbs.
Small goals are easier for me to see.

Date: 2008-10-22 11:04 am (UTC)In March my doctor said she wanted to me lose 50 lbs.
50lbs! I have no reference for what 50 lbs could be. I haven't weighed 183 lbs in 24 years.
but 5 I can see five, so that is what I work for.
