Hey there! A belated Happy Birthday! I'm with you on BIRTHDAYS! Birthdays are cool. I am a firm believer in what my Mom used to tell me...."You're only as old as you thing you are"...and my other favorite - "I may get older, I may mature but durned if I'll ever grow up!"
People can age themselves mentally and it will affect them physically - I know, I watched a boss do that to herself one year. She was 42 or 43 and quite lively. Then her daughter, who had arrived when the lady was 21, had the audacity to go and have a baby, at age 21. All of a sudden it hits her "I'm a Grandmother"! Next day she comes to work with her hair up in a grandmotherly bun, wearing much more sedate clothing and everything was prefaced with "Well, now that I'm a grandmother..." It was truly depressing to watch. So - you just go on bein' a youngun' and have fun - you'll most likely live longer that way.
