Proud of what I see.

I am so proud of the folks around me in my barony.

They are growing in their knowledge of medieval studies. They really like the things they have taken on. Most of all they are having FUN. They are reaping the fruits of their hard labors. They may think it's me but it's not. It is them all the way.

All I do is nudge and nuture and tell them:

write it down, all of it, success and failures,
remember the 5 W's- who, what, when, where and why
bibliography
table of contents,
type neatly and clearly
take photos
show it off and learn from those who have gone before you
always try to improve

but most of all I tell them:
Believe that
What you learn and know and do has value no matter what it is.
Others ARE truly interested in what you have to share and like to see it.

Life in the A&S world is good. :-)
