Wire and string and life is good!
Nov. 9th, 2006 05:18 pmI have been asked to teach an all day, marathon, embroidery class in the Canton of Salisbury Glenn on Saturday of Thanksgiving Weekend. Think an Atlantian Univ. class track on steroids....
I'll be touching on a lot of SCA period embroidery techniques but not all that were done by any means.
There will be kits, and snacks, and dry erase boards and handouts. I'm hauling at least 6 milk crates of embroidery books across 3 states, plus baskets and bags and shoe boxes of more embroidery stuph for folks to play with.
With any luck I will be able to bring a few converts to the dark side. Mwahahahahaha!!!!!
BTW my Opus Anglicanum Lion is really moving along since I set up a work station in the living room by my desk. At this rate he should be done before KASF in March. Yee ha!
