I contribute to Global Warming.
Apr. 29th, 2007 11:27 amYep, that's me.
After 3 years our electric lawn mower got on my last hairy nerve and I went out and bought a small gasoline mower.
It has no fancy bits, no grass bag, no electric starter, no self propelled front wheels, no fancy extra large back wheels to get you over that oh so hilly and rough terrain. What it does do is mow grass without being attached to the house by a long orange umbilical cord that gets caught around fences, trees, cars, & trash cans. I don't have to run back to the house to plug it back in when it comes un-plugged. I don't have to worry about running over the cord with the mower anymore. I don't have to struggle to re-wind the electric cord when I'm done.
I'm still trying to figure out what a $900.00 push gas mower from home depot was going to offer me that the 165.00 dollar Craftsman mower I bought at K-mart did not.....
So just go out and buy yourself a pair of Wellies, I'm personally contributing to the melting of the polar ice caps 1 hour every weekend.
