In todays installment of Pennsic Panic 2008 we see your intrepid Laurel-
1. working on finishing her linen Viking Apron dress,
2.sewing together the Atlantian helm mantles I received last night and
3. dragging things up to the living room to be packed in the truck.
I still have to-
4. get the oil changed in the truck
5. clean out the truck
6. Head to Wally World to buy varied and assorted stuff
some more of the flavored bottle water that I like,
canned SlimFast to have as snacks,
snacky bits like pudding cups and applesauce cup for snacks
TP for my portable john,
ahhhh...not having to trek out in the dark to the portos, pricelss!
trash bags,
7. Go out to Joanns in Towson and pick up the rest of the helm mantles that Cat was able to finish machine embroidering.
wait...why am I writing the shopping list here?
In watching the weather for Saturday I could very well change my mind and leave Friday right after work instead of Saturday morning. My tent is already at camp and will be set up for me so I'd just have to unload the truck into it. Better to do it dry than in the rain. But we'll see how the forecast goes. This will just mean losing one day of leasurely packing.
Ack! I almost forgot about finishing up my OA lion and getting him ready for display! Ack!
Ah back to work!
