martelvoncWe are now back from one LONG ASS day.
We got Aelfwynn off to college today. Now the aforementioned college IS only 16 miles from home but we paid for nearness with the punishement that said her assigned room should be on the 4th floor and NO ELEVATOR!!
sigh, my butt is whoopped.
The house is quiet without her teenaged arguments but I miss her terribly already. I'm so very proud of her. She is a talented artist and she got into the first and only art college she applied to. She told us today that 13 students from her former arts highschool are freshman at MICA this year. Pretty impresive if I may say so.
Ah well, we will see her again soon enough.
