I'm beggining to feel like butter that's been scraped over the toast too many times.....

Thank goodness I am only making a few simple peices of garb. I will start to pack the car tommorrow of larger things and make a list.

lalalalalalalalala!!!

Not sure how LJ works, really, but in answer to your question on my LJ (which I've answered there) it's:

Master Vuong Manh, Companion of the Order of the Pelican, Mandarin Second Class of the Royal Court, Premier Companion of the Golden Dolphin, Companion of Order of the Silver Crescent, Companion of the
Lozulet.

And My Lady and I will join you in that toast.

During out tenure we (or a shill) are going to do a "To absent friends!" toast for the final toast. Absent friends may mean someone who passed on or someone serving their country or any other reason someone may be absent.

"To absent friends!"

Very good,

I will propose the toast after the usual "crown and King" toasts during the feast.

My hubby will be coordinating the toasters (giggle!) for me. He's a senior peer but I know that Chirhart
is more senior. So we can watch for those heads to pop-up.

That's not a good feeling, Bilbo. Check your rings. :)

I'm passing along a bit of advice - make sure you have someone with paper and writing implements following you around during the day. You may be given prezzies and having someone to write what/who they were from will save anguish later. And you can keep your hands free so you can greet people.

Our wrangler had us parked on the baronial thrones for a while in the afternoon so people could find us. Our site was cozy to say the least. With what sounds like plenty of room for you, this might help too.

Just some thoughts. We're looking forward to Saturday!
(and see my spiffy new icon with my almost passed revision of arms? I'm pleased with it)

GOOD NEWS!

We saved some olives from the dreaded walnut treatment. And the person in charge of the chicken and pomegranate dish is saving a few pieces from the dreaded walnut mixture as well!

The pineapple sorbet is to die for. The lamb has begun marinating. And everything went really really well today at the PreCook today.

We're all sharpening our knives and getting ready for the cooking of a magnificent feast!

I'm wearing the Persian, I get the silk like brocade coat new but that's it. This outfit is going to be seen a lot in the near future because we have so many middle eastern events coming up. LOL!
