The part I hate.

This week I have been forcing myself to finish the seams on two outfits. One is the new tan plaid hangeroc I wore to Coronation/Stierbach BB and the Byzantine I made last fall. This work HAS to be done because they are both made of linen and cannot be washed until every seam is turned and secured. Linen being linen, it will fray in the wash and then the outfits will be ruined. Fortunately they are not dirty and so I've been able to take my time. Maybe if I get some quality TV time tomorrow I can sit and hand sew to make a dent in the work.

The work never ends.

You could take which ever one you want to work on to Riverfest. That's one of my plans for Riverfest. It's part of the non-fighting demo and A & S activities. The Byzantine might draw attention. Just a thought.

I was thinking the very same thing. I can bring all the parts and display them with the image I made the outfit from. I can borrow one of Erica's foam heads for the the head gear.

Ahhh...great minds and all that sort of thing. I did not make Riverfest today. Overslept again...mostly because I couldn't sleep last night. Got to get back on a better schedule. Today is just, well, drab.
