martelvoncI finished all the seams in my new hangeroc this weekend. Also sitting the A&Stable at the River Fest Demo yesterday I was able to finish 3/4 of the seams in my newish (worn twice) Byzantine Dalmatica. I need to put together an order at Fire Mountain Gems for more pearls. I ran out before I wore it the last time. It needs many more.
This week sees me setting up my clothes rack and dragging out the garb collection to match up parts, make some repairs, and see what I may want to clear out. I know there are somethings I have not worn in a very long time. I figure if I'm not wearing them maybe I can sell them for a little bit to recycle into some new projects.
Erica/Aelfwynn is also interested in adjusting some of the old garb for her so she can come back to playing in the SCA as soon as she finds a mon-fri job. Now that she has a car her chances of this have greatly increased. No more relying on us to get her back and forth. She can go on her own schedule to most any distance.
The closet where I store the SCA garb is in the back room and is not conducive for keeping up on just what is back there. I know I could use some more chemise's and under dresses, also some more hosen. but inventory must be taken first.
