What a way to spend your day off....

I had hoped to sew today. Instead I cleaned and cleared the basement and did laundry. We had unsightly empty box build up. The Knight saves every box from every gee gaw he purchases "just in case he needs to send it back". Ok, I will go with this but when the "just in case" lasts more than 4 weeks it's hasta la vista, baby!
So we cleared out some junk, ditched some boxes, rearranged the back room, visited the recyling center, and put away stuph that due to the holidays had not been properly put away. There is still more to do but I'm about bushed. At least the sewing area is clear and I can start work there tomorrow. A trip to the dump will be in my future on Saturday I think.
I keep telling the family, I don't mind if you keep stuff just A) keep it neat or B) be willing to get rid of the things you don't really want any more. We are a "Flylady" family and proud of it! Though we do need to prod each other once in a while.
